The house is furnished and equiped for the stay of tourists and occasional residents.
The house is hired per week, per 2 weeks or per month.
Hiring "Per week": Hiring from Saturday till Saturday.
Arrival of the hosts saturdays after 3 pm
Leave before 10h30 next saturday.
Low season : October, November, Decembre, January, February, March, April. 350 Euros
Average season : May, June, September. 500 Euros
Tourist season : July, August 600 Euros
Hiring: "Escapade": only in low season. 2 days, 1 night. 120 Euros
Hiring "Per 2 weeks or per Month": decreasing price according to the season.
Payment: The payment is performed when keys are given, minus down payment.
The payment of the down payments (25 % of the amount of the hiring) will be asked to you at the reservation.
A deposit (not debited is asked and will be given back within one month maximum delay.
Price of the Hiring: Loads in electricity (From April 15 to October 15), the tax of stay,
the tax of right of lease are included in the price of the hiring.
The price of the hiring includes/understands the linen of bed, covers and pillows
( one set per bed and arrival). The beds will be prepared when you arrive.
Contract: A leasing agreement will be sent to you by the post mail or by email.
Offered Services : Hiring of a set of toilet clothes (towels...)
We ask our visitors to leave the house clean at the end of their stay.
But on demand,the cleaning will be made.
Possibility to do the food shopping for you
At your disposal are tourist documents on the whole region,
and of "tips" (contacts of Baby sitter, hiring of windsurf stuff, VTT...)
